Managing Searches

The right click menu has several options:

  • View Search - Examine the details of a previously run search.
  • New Search - Run a new search.
    The buttons on the toolbar also correspond to new searches / reports. See - Menu options.
  • Delete - To delete a previously saved search / report / batch / batch item, right click and select Delete then select OK to confirm.
  • Rename - Update the description and click OK.
  • Schedule - You can schedule a search to be run at a time within the next 24 hours.
    The report appears in the Schedule window on the right.
  • Export - Export a search to share with another Vision practice.
